Hello. I’ve finally created a blog, so hello world </cliché>

Who am I?

I am David Jonathan Marland and I am a web developer. My plan is to use this blog to put up snippets of code that may be of interest to others. I will also put up bits of photography as I like to play every now and then.

As you can tell this blog is quite plain at the moment and may even be slightly broken in places. I intend to over time evolve it by building a wordpress theme from scratch that is HTML5, responsive design (mobile first). I will document what I learn as I go, so keep following to see the changes.
